The People appeal the judgment dismissing the complaint and information charging aggravated robbery against the defendant, Stanley Brown. This judgment was based on the trial courts determination that Colorado had violated the speedy trial and notice provisions of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act (IAD), Â§ 24-60-501, et seq., C.R.S. (1988 Repl. Vol. 10B). We reverse and remand for reinstatement of the charges and for such further proceedings as may be necessary.
